X & Y
Great new album. If you don’t have it, you should pick it up.
I listened through it twice and thought, “It’s okay.” By the third time through, I was loving it. That’s the way it happend on their first two albums too.
I think I dig the first track, Square One the most, but the first six or seven just rock.

The best way to listen to X&Y is on an iPod with a nice set of phones and a confortable chair.

I heard all sorts of influences in this one from Supertramp to Steely Dan to, strangely enough, The Cure.
Overall good sound.
3 out of 5 stars for this, though, because I can’t stand piano in rock/pop. :)
