		<description>I think the term "Servant Leader" comes to mind at this point. To gain the right or the opportunity or the flexibility to lead, you must first take whatever means necessary to be a servant to those who are leading. I'm reminded of "So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven." Phil 2 has hit me a lot lately in this regards. Jesus vividly and explicitly came as the ultimate example of a servant leader. Practically, I'd say it is just the process of earning or gaining rapport.</description>
