In this I mean that we should make sure we are led by God to make the decisions we make. <BR/><BR/>At which point are we managing Christ out of the equasion? I never want to get to a point again where I think I can run the show.<BR/><BR/>Organizational structure, flowcharts and ministry directors are cool and all but let's not get tied down and in a rut spiritually because of them.
