Here’s the message I put together for our service on January 1st: Jesus Without Formulas.

“Maybe the gospel of Jesus, in other words, is all about our relationship with Jesus rather than about ideas. Becoming a Christian might look more like falling in love than baking cookies.”

A lot of it was inspired by Donald Miller’s book, Searching For God Knows What. So if you’ve read the book, it might sound familiar.
