I got out last night for a quick 3.2 mile run on a brisk 33 degree night. It was a little chilly.
I hoping to get another 6 mille run over the weekend. That would give me 15 miles for the week which is good.

I was wondering if you think there is a certain body type for running or if anyone is able to do it? I have read conflicting articles about this.

I don’t think so, but that’s because I’ve been passed by some pretty big women on some of my races.
Also watch biggest loser. Within a week, they’re making them run.
I think like anything else, you have to start with a little and gradually increase.
